Kirsten Simons is a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate at ADHD Child & Family Services. Kirstie has a Master’s degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from Lewis & Clark Graduate School and is a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate in Oregon. She was born and raised in Hilo, Hawaii, attended undergraduate school in Southern California, lived in Japan for 2 years, and recently moved to Portland. 

Kirstie’s approach to therapy emphasizes acceptance, connection, laughter, and creativity. She believes that we all have the internal resources we need to grow and thrive, sometimes we just need help finding them. A key part of therapy with Kirstie is helping families get to know each other more so that you can support each other through fun times and challenging times. Kirstie is especially passionate about helping families with ADHD and families with multicultural and/or mixed race identities.
