Thank you for your interest in ADHD Child & Family Services!  

Our therapists are experienced with treating ADHD, behavioral challenges, relationship issues, mood, and anxiety disorders. If you would like to learn more about our services or become a new client, please complete the following steps:

Our intake coordinator will review your request.

All submissions will receive an email response within 48 business hours, even if we are unable to meet your request for services. We look forward to learning more about you!
Please note:  We are not an urgent, crisis, or emergency facility. If you are having a mental health crisis or emergency please go to the emergency room or contact your county crisis line. Do not communicate urgent, crisis, or emergency needs or concerns via the new client request form.
