Sarah Moyer, MA, Professional Counselor Associate

Sarah is passionate about working alongside families and children in helping them feel confident and capable in day-to-day living! 

Sarah joins ADHD Child & Family Services with former experience working as an elementary school and middle school professional school counselor. She is knowledgeable about the different challenges many school-aged students may experience; and more specifically, how ADHD may interfere with a student’s ability to feel successful academically, socially, emotionally, and behaviorally. 

Sarah often takes on a solution-focused approach to therapy, as she works with client(s) to identify goals, strengths and skills, as well as areas of growth. She utilizes a variety of modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, narrative therapy, play therapy, and psychoeducation.

Sarah holds a Masters of Arts in School Counseling from George Fox University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from the University of Portland. She is currently working towards licensure under the supervision of Adam Graves, LPC.
