ADHD Child and Family Services offers a variety of therapy groups to our existing clients and their parents or guardians. If you are a new or prospective client that would like to participate in group therapy, please visit our New Clients page. Social Art & Play Group, Ages 6-8

Description: 

During this 6-week group, we will be learning and practicing fun strategies for developing friendships, spotting social clues, and unraveling the mysterious secrets of popularity.

Teens & Tweens Support Groups

Description:

Strengthen your inner power to make friends, navigate complex social situations, and be in the present moment!

Together we will learn how to use mindfulness strategies to regulate your emotions and build healthy friendship skills. We will create self-care toolkits that you can keep and practice different social interaction skills through playing board games.

Description:

Music Therapy Group with Ashley Rosales, MT-BC. Series cost is $200 and must be paid in full before the first group session begins. Sessions held on Saturdays Jan 14, 21, 28 and Feb 4.

Organizational Coaching with Taylor

Organization and Time Management for ADHD

Description:

We are excited to offer personalized, non-judgmental, creative, and fun ADHD-informed organizational coaching.  Taylors’s services are available in any of the following areas:  Time Management, Home Organization, and School or Work Organization.

Self-Regulation for Kids with Taylor

Self-Regulation for Kids

Description:

Does your child’s energy level seem fast and zippy like a jack rabbit or slow and cautious like a tortoise? In this group children will explore and practice strategies to regulate their bodies through social play activities that encourage identifying body cues, practicing calming skills in a busy environment, and learning how to advocate for their regulation needs with peers. This is an active group that encourages children to interact with gross motor activities such as obstacle courses, scavenger hunts, etc. Group duration will be for 6-weeks and offered for two age groups (6-8 years of age and 9-11 years of age).

ADHD Parent Support Group (Online)

Description:

When your child has ADHD, the stressors and the uncertainties around parenting can leave parents feeling unsure, frustrated, overwhelmed — and often quite alone. 

This group will provide parents with an opportunity to connect with others who are experiencing the same challenges. The purpose of this group is to help parents build a  sense of community and support, and learn more about ADHD and how to best manage it.
