Nova Platt, MSW, CSWA
Masters of Social Work and Clinical Social Worker Associate located in Tigard, OR
Nova’s approach to working with individuals living with ADHD is person-centered and strengths-based. She believes that every person knows themselves better than anyone else, and that a therapist’s job is to help nurture a client’s strengths to cope with difficulties, and walk alongside them as they learn and grow. Nova sees the family system as an essential part of that process, and they always encourage the whole family to work together to support the child’s progress. Nova is guided by a core belief that everyone is capable of growth and change, even in the hardest moments when it can feel nearly impossible.Nova has a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Washington, and she is a Clinical Social Worker Associate in Oregon.
