Thank you for registering for group therapy! Our office manager will review and respond to your request. Please note that your registration is not complete until confirmed by our office manager.

Please note: We are not an urgent, crisis, or emergency facility. If you are having a mental health crisis or emergency please go to the emergency room or contact your county crisis line. Do not communicate urgent, crisis, or emergency needs or concerns via the group therapy registration form.

Administrative Hours

Monday–Friday: 9 am – 5 pm

Our phones are answered during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. The office is closed from 12 pm to 1 pm.

Appointment Hours:

Monday–Friday: 8 am – 6 pm
Saturday: 9 am – 3 pm
