#THETalk

Led by: Katherine Kloud, counselor and parent coach

Talking with your children about sex, drugs, and body safety can be uncomfortable. Knowing where to start can feel overwhelming. Yet most parents desire to stay connected to their children as they grow and experience the hallmarks of transitioning from child to young adult and so on. #THETalk will give you and your child the gentle guidance to begin, or enhance, your capacity to engage and stay engaged in the challenging, and necessary, conversations about sex, drugs, body safety, and other taboo topics your children need and want your guidance on.

In this 90-minute seminar-style group, you’ll start the conversation and learn how to keep it going throughout life’s less than innocent milestones. This group is designed for one parent and one child in 6-9th grades. Please share how your child identifies: female, male, non-binary, trans, or any other gender identity. Groups will be formed to group like gendered youth together for the greatest success in starting challenging conversations.

Total Cost: $60
