Paula Robinson, MA, QMHP

Paula is a Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She is a seasoned clinician with experience in assessments, individual and group therapy. 

She is from the East Coast, and graduated from Hunter College School of Social Work, and received her post certification in Student Teaching from Columbia University School of Social Work. She also received her Masters Degree in Social Work. 

Paula completed her dissertation in graduate school on Attention Deficit Disorder and illustrated a compelling argument that identifies other comorbidities and over diagnosing. Her focus with working with individuals and families with ADHD includes utilizing strength-based approaches supported by Integrative Wellness (holistic approaches), Spiritual Faith-Based, Creative Expressions (writing, poetry, music & meditation), Trauma, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Music Therapy & Meditation, Life Adjustments/Transitions, Interpersonal Relationship Issues. 

Paula’s passion is fostering environments to assist children and adults to engage in a holistic way. Her approach to therapy is creative, collaborative, and compassionate. With experience in various settings such as inpatient psychiatric units, outpatient mental health and correctional mental health; she believes in the transformative process. She is reliable, relatable, and interested in your restorative healing.
