As a parent, you value dignity and compassion. You want you to teach your children to honor and respect themselves and others. As a family, you strive to be a safe and nourishing place. Perhaps challenging behaviors associated with ADHD such as aggression, anxiety or frustration are making your family life difficult.
Learn to take charge in a natural alpha way and increase respect and dignity at home. Experience an increase in emotional awareness and well being in your child. Learn to create a family flow for the day to day that becomes a sanctuary from a busy life. Regain hope, enjoy your precious family time and be the parent you long to be!
I work very closely with parents as I believe you are truly your child’s best bet! I offer a highly personalized set of interventions tailored to your family’s unique needs. You can expect to gain insight into behavior patterns in your child and foster more connection and cooperation.
Working with me begins with a 1.5 hour initial parents-only session where we set goals together. And, after every single child play therapy session I follow up with parents where you can expect feedback on the progress made in sessions and learn concrete tools to support your child at home.
Treatment is intensive and lasts approximately 8 to 16 sessions. We will stay in very close contact working together and tracking progress on your goals.
